This reduces the price of your trial frames by 50%, to keep the inital outlay low for you and works as a frame deposit for us (orders over £75). Any frame balance, less any sign up discount, can be paid for with lenses later.
It’s best to try more than 1 frame at a time to give a good chance of success and keep our carbon footprint down with multiple packages.

Don’t worry about adding your lenses at this point - we’ll guide you through this once you’ve decided on your frame, based on your prescription and visual needs.
If your Home Try On glasses don’t suit you can return for an exchange of styles or a full refund.
When you've found the perfect pair, take a selfie wearing them - see here for how-to, email this to us, along with a copy of your latest prescription so we can advise you on your lens options.
Before returning your frames for glazing, please also check the fit and tell us if they are too tight/loose. Send us a picture of how the frame fits around your ear and we’ll heat treat and adjust for you**
Then simply return all frames to us free of charge* using the label provided, we'll get going on your order and refund any difference after you’ve added lenses or let you know if there's any more to pay.

Please note, all frames can be returned and refunded, but custom made items (your bespoke prescription lenses) are unfortunately non-returnable.
We offer one set of postage-free returns and exchanges on our Home Try On service per trial per customer. Postage may apply to subsequent returns on additional trials.
