TRYATHOME - Discount code
The TRYATHOME code is designed to make it easier and more affordable to try on frames at home before deciding what to keep or have fitted with lenses.
How it works:
Add 3 or more home try-on frames to your basket.
At checkout, use the code TRYATHOME to reduce the total upfront cost to half, instead of paying full price for each frame.
This code is not a discount on the final price. It simply reduces your initial outlay while you're deciding.
After your try-on:
If you return all the frames, your Β£100 is refunded in full.
If you decide to keep one or more frames, the value of the frame(s) is deducted from the Β£100, and we refund the difference if applicable.
For example, if you keep one Β£50 frame, we refund Β£50.
If you return one or more frames to have lenses fitted, we calculate the total cost (frames + lenses), deduct the Β£100 already paid, and confirm either the remaining balance to pay or any refund due.
Important notes:
The TRYATHOME code is only valid for home try-on frame orders. It cannot be used on lenses, accessories, or any other services.
If you choose to go ahead with lenses, your Β£100 payment will be applied toward the final total.
The TRYATHOME code is intended to simplify the process, not reduce the price of frames or lenses.

Pupillary Distance (PD) & Optical Centre Measurements Policy
At Peep Eyewear, we take great pride in getting everything accurate and making sure our customers are happy with their eyewear. As part of our dispensing process, we take precise measurementsβincluding your Pupillary Distance (PD) and Optical Centre heightsβtailored specifically to your chosen frame and how it fits you. This ensures the best possible vision, comfort, and satisfaction with your finished glasses.
Why We Donβt Provide PD or Optical Centre Measurements:
PD and Optical Centre measurements are not part of an eye test; they are essential steps in the dispensing and lens fitting process.
These measurements are unique to each pair of glasses, depending on the frame shape, size, and how it sits on your face. They arenβt fixed numbers and can change from one frame to another.
We are fully responsible for ensuring that the lenses we supply are made to the highest standard using these bespoke measurements.
To protect both our customers and Peep Eyewear, we do not release these measurements to third parties. This helps prevent misuse or incorrect application of our measurements by another provider, which could lead to problems with your eyewear.
If another supplier were to use these measurements and the lenses werenβt right, they could try to shift the responsibility back to us. By keeping these details for our use only, we can take full accountability for the quality and accuracy of the lenses we provide.
Future Lens Orders:
If youβd like new lenses in the future, whether itβs an updated prescription or fitting into a different frame, weβll take fresh measurements at the time. That way, we can ensure everything is just right for you.
We take pride in getting every detail correct and delivering glasses that not only look great but feel great and work perfectly. Thanks so much for your understanding of this policyβitβs all part of ensuring we deliver the highest quality service and stand behind everything we do.
