Frame Check - In

Before sending your glasses in for repairs or new lenses, please check them in by uploading a couple of clear photos. This helps us match your frames to your order, keep a record of their condition, and make sure everything runs smoothly.

When we receive them, we’ll check the condition against your photos to make sure nothing has happened in transit. It’s rare, but if any questions ever come up about their condition when they come back to you, having these photos means we’ve got a reference to look back on.
