What counts as a “shared claim”?
Any qualifying repair for you or your partner (e.g. hinge/Best-Match or Custom Sides). Each claim includes a full MOT & service and ultrasonic clean. Benefits unlock after 90 days.
How do the allowances work?
We apply your member discount first (20/30/40%), then a step-down allowance per claim: £100 (claim 1), £75 (claim 2), £50 (claim 3), £25 (claim 4). Best-Match (RRP £40) is typically £0 with a claim. Custom Sides (RRP £90) are often £0 from year 2.
What is the £200 yearly allowance?
You get £200 shared per membership year to put toward new Peep glasses (frames and/or lenses). It resets on your plan anniversary and can be used across the household (you + your partner).
How does Peep Cover work?
After 90 days, if glasses are lost or damaged beyond repair, you pay 30% of the replacement pair chosen at claim time (within your plan terms).
Can I add kids?
Yes — you can add up to 2 children as a perk. Each child gets one hinge/Best-Match claim per year at £0 (outside your 4 shared claims). Custom repairs for children draw from the shared pool.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes, in your account. Cancelling ends access to perks (discounts, delivery upgrade, claims, Peep Cover, allowance).
Important notes
  • Benefits unlock after 90 days. Claims and the £200 allowance reset annually on the plan anniversary. One allowance per claim (no stacking).
  • Loyalty discounts/allowances apply to qualifying repairs; we apply the discount first, then the allowance.
