When do my discounts step up?
On each membership anniversary: 15% (year 1), 20% (year 2), 25% (year 3+).
What’s included in the free MOT & service?
Deep clean, tighten/adjust, alignment & hinge check, and cosmetic polish where applicable.
How does Peep Cover work?
After 90 days, if your glasses are lost or damaged beyond repair, you pay 50% of the replacement pair you choose at claim time (max 1 claim/year).
Is this insurance?
No. It’s a membership benefit administered by Peep (not FCA-regulated insurance).
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes, in your account. Cancelling ends access to perks (discounts, delivery upgrade, MOT, Cover).
Important notes
  • Discounts may exclude rare/limited frames, already discounted items, gift cards, standalone postage and third-party services.
  • MOT unlocks after 90 days; use within the membership year; no rollover.
  • Peep Cover is based on the replacement price at claim time (not your original purchase). Evidence may be requested.
