A simple monthly membership for your glasses. Anyone in the UK can join at any time. Join online in a couple of minutes and we’ll give you your own personal discount code straight away, plus annual MOTs, faster delivery, and Peep Cover for peace of mind.

What it is

A rolling monthly membership that helps spread the cost of eyewear over time. You pay a fixed monthly amount and in return you get:

  • your own discount code that grows every year,
  • annual MOT & Service on your glasses,
  • delivery upgrades on your orders,
  • and Peep Cover if your glasses are lost or damaged.

Who can join?
Anyone aged 18+ living in the UK can join at any time. You don’t need to have bought glasses from us before. Join online, get your personal discount code straight away, and start using it the same day. Your free MOT & Service and Peep Cover benefits unlock after 90 days.
What exactly is included in the MOT & Service?
A deep clean, tighten or adjust, hinge check, alignment, and cosmetic polish where applicable. If you opt for a repair, we tackle typical issues like hinges, screws and solder, subject to assessment.
How does Peep Cover work?
If your glasses are lost or damaged beyond repair, Peep Protect members pay 50% and Peep Protect+, Family Protect and Family Protect+ members pay 30% of the replacement item you choose at the time of claim. Cover activates after 90 days.
What are Family plans?

Peep Family Protect (£20/mo): 4 shared repairs per year after 90 days, ultrasonic included on claims, Tracked 24, 20%→30%→40% loyalty, step-down allowance per claim (£100 → £75 → £50 → £25) after discount, a £200 shared yearly allowance toward new Peep glasses, plus the kids’ hinge perk for up to 2 children.

Peep Family Protect+ (£40/mo): 5 shared repairs per year, Special Delivery Next Day, step-down allowance across five claims (£100 → £75 → £50 → £25 → £25), plus a £400 shared yearly allowance toward new Peep glasses after 90 days. Kids’ hinge perk included.

When do loyalty discounts increase?
Discounts step up on membership anniversaries. Protect: 15% in Year 1, 20% in Year 2, 25% in Year 3+. Protect+, Family Protect and Family Protect+ move from 20% to 30% to 40%.
Do delivery upgrades cost extra?
No. Peep Protect includes Royal Mail Tracked 24. Peep Protect+ and Family Protect+ include Special Delivery Next Day. Non-members receive Tracked 48 as standard.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel anytime in your account. Cancelling ends access to member perks, delivery upgrades, claims, yearly allowance on Family plans, Peep Cover, and your accrued loyalty discount level.
Are custom handmade frames discounted?
Yes. Custom frames use member rates: Protect 10%→15%→20%. Protect+, Family Protect and Family Protect+ use 15%→20%→25%. Your lenses still get the full membership discount.
Is this insurance?
No. It’s a membership benefit administered by Peep, not FCA-regulated insurance.

1) Who we are & how to reach us

2) What the memberships are

Peep Protect (£6/mo): Annual MOT & Service, discounts that grow, Tracked 24 delivery, priority handling, and Peep Cover (Peep pays 50% after 90 days).

Peep Protect+ (£10/mo): Two annual MOTs & Services, Special Delivery Next Day, bigger loyalty discounts, fastest priority handling, and Peep Cover (Peep pays 70% after 90 days).

Peep Family Protect (£20/mo): 4 shared repairs per year with ultrasonic after 90 days, Tracked 24, 20–40% discounts, step-down allowance (£100/£75/£50/£25), Peep pays 70% cover after 90 days, kids’ hinge perk, plus a £200 shared yearly allowance toward new Peep glasses.

Peep Family Protect+ (£40/mo): 5 shared repairs per year after 90 days, Special Delivery, step-down allowance across five claims (£100/£75/£50/£25/£25), Peep pays 70% cover after 90 days, kids’ hinge perk, plus a £400 shared yearly allowance toward new Peep glasses.

4) Discounts & exclusions

Discounts may exclude rare or limited frames, already-discounted items, gift cards, standalone postage and third-party services. Custom handmade frames use member rates above. Lenses use the full membership rate.

5) MOT & Service details
  • Included: deep clean, tighten or adjust, hinge check, alignment, cosmetic polish where applicable. Typical repair work such as screws, hinge work and simple solder is subject to assessment.
  • Not included: complex restoration, rare or high-value parts unless quoted and approved. Unsafe or uneconomic work may be declined.
  • Postage: you send frames in. We cover the return leg per your plan’s delivery perk.
6) Delivery perks & timings
  • Non-members: Royal Mail Tracked 48.
  • Peep Protect: Tracked 24 included.
  • Peep Protect+ / Family Protect+: Special Delivery Next Day included.

Delivery timeframes are carrier aims, not guarantees. We’re not liable for delays outside our control.

7) Peep Cover (how it works)
  • If lost or damaged beyond repair: choose any replacement from Peep. Peep pays 50% (Protect) or 70% (Protect+ / Family) of the replacement price at claim time.
  • Qualifying period: 90 days of continuous membership before claims.
  • Limits: maximum 1 claim per year for Protect; maximum 2 claims per year for Protect+. Family plans follow the plan repair limits. Cover uses the same 70% level.
  • Evidence: brief incident description and reasonable proof.
  • Not covered: wear and tear, cosmetic issues fixable under MOT, intentional or fraudulent damage, commercial use, or items we cannot reasonably replace.

Important: Peep Cover is a goodwill benefit of membership, not insurance.

8) Billing, renewal & price changes
  • Monthly billing in GBP and auto-renews until cancelled.
  • Failed payments may pause benefits until resolved.
  • We may change pricing or benefits with 30 days’ notice. You can cancel before changes take effect.

Acceptance: continuing past the effective date constitutes acceptance of the new rate or benefits.

9) Cancelling, pausing & loyalty resets
  • Cancel anytime in your account. Perks end immediately.
  • No pro-rata refunds for unused time or unclaimed MOTs or allowances.
  • Rejoining later resets loyalty to Year 1.
10) Fair use, assessments & turnaround
  • Personal use only on your own eyewear. Unusual usage or abuse may be limited.
  • All services are subject to assessment. Turnaround times are estimates.
11) Liability, law & contact
  • Nothing limits your statutory rights.
  • These terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales.
