UK Free Delivery

Estimated delivery 2-4 working days.

Orders placed before 3pm we aim to despatch same day (Monday to Friday). Orders placed at the weekend will be despatched on Monday.

Please allow up to 7-10 working days for bespoke/prescription orders - talk to us if you need it sooner.

Our standard (Royal Mail Tracked 48) postal service will insure up to the value of £150 of cover. If you have a premium frame we advise purchasing the Special Delivery option for the return journey for extra insurance in the unlikely event of losses (see below). We would also recommend you send to us via this method also.

Next Day Delivery - £10.50

Please order before 3pm for next working day delivery - this excludes bespoke items like lenses (please note next day delivery is non-refundable on returns). Royal Mail Special Delivery is guaranteed for next day and insures your package up to the value of £750.

European Delivery - £19.50

Estimated delivery 3-7 working days, depending on location (including Switzerland & Norway)

Rest of the World Delivery - £29.50

Tax & Duties

All packages are dispatched from our studio in Leicestershire, UK. Customers may be liable for any customs and import duty. These charges must be paid by you.  Customs policies vary from country to country, so we suggest you check it out before you place an order.  We cannot be liable for any custom or import duties.

There is now import/customs duty applicable to EU member countries.

RETURNS

We want you to be happy and fall in love with your new eyewear.

If you're not - we want to put it right.

We're happy to offer alternative styles and advice, or issue you with a full refund. 

Returns are free to the UK only. If you need to return or exchange an item, either email us at hello@peepeyewear.co.uk including your name and order number or pop a note in your package, stating you’d like to return or exchange.

Returns must be made within 30 days after you have received your package. Return to us - in the condition they arrived in, using the pre-paid label in your parcel (UK only) and please obtain proof of postage.

Home Try On - UK ONLY

When you've found the perfect pair, return all frames to us free of charge (UK only), include your order number and let us know which frame's a keeper. Then we’ll talk you through lens options. We'll get going on your order and refund any difference. Read more about Home Try On here.

Exchanges

Your Home Try On (and return) are free of charge. You can try as many pairs as you like (3 pairs at a time). If you would like to try more, a first exchange postage fee of £4 (we’ll pay one way, you pay the other) will be deducted from your final refund. Any additional exchanges, a postage fee of £8 will apply per exchange. Please get in touch and let us know which other frame/s you would like to try.

Optical Returns

All frames can be returned and refunded, but custom made items, like your bespoke prescription lenses are unfortunately non-returnable. In the unlikely event you have issues with your new lenses, please get in touch and we will endeavour to resolve, for example our Varifocal lenses come with a non tolerance guarantee so if you don’t get on with them, they can be exchanged. We always advise you double check the size of frame against a current pair to avoid ill fitting glasses.

Once we receive your frame return, you're entitled to an exchange or full refund - whichever you prefer. Refunds will be issued within 48 hours of receipt of your item. Depending on your bank please allow up to 1-3 weeks for credit to appear on your statement.

Free of Charge returns currently UK only.

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS

Please email us with your name and order number, so that we can process your return. The cost of return postage is the buyers responsibilty. Once received we will process your return, this can take 1-3 weeks, depending on your bank, to appear on your statement.

When returning items from outside the UK please be sure to include 'Returns Department' prominently at the top of the address and declare the goods as returns to the couriers/postal service. This will prevent your return being delayed by UK customs, allowing us to process it far more quickly.

Unfortunately failure to do this will result in the parcel being held by UK Customs for processing. This can take up to 28 days to complete, and will lead to an invoice for VAT plus handling (roughly 20% of the returns value) which we will pass on to you and will require payment before the parcel will be released. This is a non-refundable charge.
