A simple monthly membership for your glasses. Anyone in the UK can join at any time. Join online in a couple of minutes and we’ll give you your own personal discount code straight away, plus annual MOTs, faster delivery, and Peep Cover for peace of mind.
What it is
A rolling monthly membership that looks after your glasses and your wallet. You pay a small amount each month and in return you get:
- your own discount code that grows every year,
- annual MOT & Service on your glasses,
- delivery upgrades on your orders,
- and Peep Cover if your glasses are lost or damaged.
Why join
Most members recover the cost of membership very quickly through MOTs, repairs and discounts on frames and lenses. You also get:

- Tracked 24 or Next-Day delivery included,
- Peep Cover sharing the cost if the worst happens,

How joining works
You don’t need to have bought glasses from us before. Anyone aged 18+ in the UK can join:

- your personal discount code appears on screen straight away and is emailed to you,
- you can use your code on orders the same day,

1) Who we are & how to reach us

2) What the memberships are
Peep Protect (£6/mo): Annual MOT & Service, discounts that grow, Tracked 24 delivery, priority handling, and Peep Cover (Peep pays 50% after 90 days).
Peep Protect+ (£10/mo): Two annual MOTs & Services, Special Delivery Next Day, bigger loyalty discounts, fastest priority handling, and Peep Cover (Peep pays 70% after 90 days).
Peep Family Protect (£20/mo): 3 shared repairs/year with ultrasonic, Tracked 24, 20–40% discounts, step-down allowance (£100/£75/£50), Peep pays 70% Cover, kids’ hinge perk.
Peep Family Protect+ (£40/mo): 5 shared repairs/year, Special Delivery, step-down allowance across five claims (£100/£75/£50/£25/£25), Peep pays 70% Cover, plus £200 yearly allowance each for Mum & Dad.
3) What you get (summary)
- Discounts: Protect 15→20→25%. Protect+ / Family 20→30→40%.
- MOT & Service on claims: deep clean, tighten/adjust, alignment, hinge check, cosmetic polish; Family claims include ultrasonic.
- Delivery: Protect includes Tracked 24; Protect+ and Family+ include Special Delivery Next Day.
- Peep Cover: Peep pays 50% (Protect) or 70% (Protect+ / Family) of replacement price; available after 90 days; fair-use limits apply.
- Priority handling: all members first; Protect+ / Family+ highest priority.
4) Discounts & exclusions
Discounts may exclude rare/limited frames, already-discounted items, gift cards, standalone postage and third-party services. Custom handmade frames use member rates above. Lenses use the full membership rate.
5) MOT & Service details
- Included: deep clean, tighten/adjust, hinge check, alignment, cosmetic polish (where applicable). Typical repair work (screws/hinge/simple solder) subject to assessment.
- Not included: complex restoration, rare/high-value parts unless quoted/approved; unsafe or uneconomic work may be declined.
- Postage: you send frames in; we cover the return leg per your plan’s delivery perk.
6) Delivery perks & timings
- Non-members: Royal Mail Tracked 48.
- Peep Protect: Tracked 24 included.
- Peep Protect+ / Family Protect+: Special Delivery Next Day included.
Delivery timeframes are carrier aims (not guarantees). We’re not liable for delays outside our control.
7) Peep Cover (how it works)
- If lost or damaged beyond repair: choose any replacement from Peep; Peep pays 50% (Protect) or 70% (Protect+ / Family) of the replacement price at claim time.
- Qualifying period: 90 days continuous membership before claims.
- Limits: Max 1 claim/yr (Protect); max 2 claims/yr (Protect+). Family plans follow the plan repair limits; Cover uses the same percentage (70%).
- Evidence: brief incident description and reasonable proof.
- Not covered: wear & tear, cosmetic issues fixable under MOT, intentional/fraudulent damage, commercial use, items we cannot reasonably replace.
Important: Peep Cover is a goodwill benefit of membership, not insurance.
8) Billing, renewal & price changes
- Monthly billing in GBP; auto-renews until cancelled.
- Failed payments may pause benefits until resolved.
- We may change pricing/benefits with 30 days’ notice; you can cancel before changes take effect.
Acceptance: Continuing past the effective date constitutes acceptance of the new rate/benefits.
9) Cancelling, pausing & loyalty resets
- Cancel anytime in your account. Perks end immediately.
- No pro-rata refunds for unused time or unclaimed MOTs/allowances.
- Rejoining later resets loyalty to Year 1.
10) Fair use, assessments & turnaround
- Personal use only on your own eyewear; unusual usage or abuse may be limited.
- All services subject to assessment; turnaround times are estimates.
11) Liability, law & contact
- Nothing limits your statutory rights.
- These terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales.
