After 90 days, if glasses are lost or damaged beyond repair, you pay 30% of the replacement pair (within plan terms).
Can I add kids?
Yes — up to 2 children in the same household. Each gets one hinge/Best-Match claim per year at £0 (outside the shared pool).
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes, in your account. Cancelling ends access to perks (discounts, delivery upgrade, claims, Peep Cover, yearly allowance).
Important notes
  • Benefits unlock after 90 days. Claims and the £400 allowance reset annually on the plan anniversary.
  • The £400 allowance is shared between you + your partner. It can be used in any split and does not roll over.
