Can you replicate my current glasses frame?

Yes! Our custom copy service can recreate your favourite frame, even if it's discontinued or beyond repair. We use your original as a guide to craft an exact replica, tailored to fit you perfectly.

How long does the handmade custom frame take?

The standard turnaround time is approximately 12 weeks. Choose Fast Track (6 weeks) for an extra £100, or Super Fast Track (3 weeks) for £160 more.

Can I choose the colour and style?

Absolutely. You can choose from a wide range of premium acetates including Mazzuchelli Italian and vintage deadstock. We’ll even post physical samples to help you decide.

What’s included with a custom handmade frame?

Each order includes: your bespoke frame, premium single vision lenses with UV and easy-clean coatings, custom engraving on the temple, and an eco case and cloth. Lens upgrades are also available.

Can I spread the cost of my order?

Yes — you can pay in full, or choose to pay a deposit now and the balance later. Clearpay is also available to split both into 4 monthly interest-free payments.

Will you need to keep my original frame?

We recommend keeping your frame with us during the build for the best results. However, we can return it mid-way if needed.

Can I reorder the same frame in future?

Yes! We store your custom measurements and design specs so you can easily reorder or create new versions in different colours later on.
