How to order
- Select the repair service you need below and add it to your basket.
- Complete checkout to receive your unique order number.
- Fill in our Frame Check-In Form and post your glasses to us with your order number inside the parcel.
Once we receive your glasses, we’ll confirm by email and update you as the repair progresses.

How do I know which repair to choose?
Pick the closest option and complete our Frame Check-In Form with photos. We’ll confirm the best service and adjust your order if needed before we start.
How do I send in my glasses?
After checkout you’ll receive an order number. Fill in the Check-In Form and post your glasses with your name + order number in the parcel.
What happens if my glasses can’t be fixed?
We’ll advise alternatives (e.g., fitting your lenses to a similar frame). If we can’t proceed, we refund the labour (minus £6 return p&p).
How long will the repair take?
Most repairs are completed within 7–10 working days from when we receive your glasses. We’ll keep you updated.
Can I add new lenses during a repair?
Yes — request it on the Check-In Form and we’ll quote for reglazing (single vision, varifocal, thin indices, coatings, FL-41).
