How do I know which repair to choose?

Pick the closest option and complete our Frame Check-In Form with photos. We'll confirm the best service and adjust your order if needed before we start.

How do I send in my glasses?

After checkout you'll receive an order number. Fill in the Frame Check-In Form and post your glasses with your name and order number in the parcel.

What happens if my glasses can't be fixed?

We'll advise alternatives, such as fitting your lenses to a similar frame. If we can't proceed, we refund the labour (minus return postage and packing).

How long will the repair take?

Most repairs are completed within 7–10 working days from when we receive your glasses. We will keep you updated.

Can I add new lenses during a repair?

Yes — request it on the Frame Check-In Form and we'll quote for reglazing (single vision, varifocal, thin indices, coatings, FL-41).

Frames with sides twisted or pulled out of shape are heat-treated, adjusted and straightened back to their original position. If you’d like the fit customised, send a photo showing how they sit around your ears and we’ll shape them for comfort and balance.
