What each option is for

  • Bonding + Heat Shrink Support: reinforce a cracked/worn area and cover it with a comfort sleeve.
  • Bonding + Pinning: stronger repair where the crack needs mechanical reinforcement (best for higher-stress breaks).
  • Bonding Only: stabilise a crack/worn section without adding a sleeve.
  • Heat Shrink Only: cover/comfort support where the main need is irritation protection or sleeve coverage.
  • Filling + Smoothing: tidy sharp edges, missing chips, or rough patches to make the area comfortable again.

Is the heat-shrink sleeve visible?

Yes — it’s a neat sleeve over the supported area. It’s designed for comfort and durability, not invisibility.

Is this suitable for skin irritation/allergies?

Many customers use sleeves to cover irritating areas. If you have specific sensitivities, mention them on the Check-In Form and we’ll advise the best approach.

When should I choose replacement sides instead?

If the side is badly cracked, missing material, or structurally weak, Replacement Sides is usually the longer-term fix.

What if I pick the wrong option?

No stress — your photos tell the real story. If a different option is needed, we’ll confirm with you before doing anything.
